I have used MacSee successfully to read Mac 1.44 Mb Floppys from a PC.
I think that the commercial version is 4.0. Some anon. FTP sites have a        
shareware version of 2.1 (macsee21.zip) or a demo of 3.0. The shareware 
version doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but will read and write 
ascii and macbinary. The developer is Reevesoft. (Both DOS & Windows)
