Hello, I am trying to print out a spread sheet from lotus 123 v3.1. It is formatted with the 2 top sheet as a summary. Then there are about 50 sheets that contains information formatted the same way. Each of these sheets is 2x2 printout and I am trying to use the boarders to print out the title of the sheet and the rows and columns headings. Unfortunately when I set the boarders to the first of the 50 sheets I cannot get the boarders to change for the subsequent sheet. Is there a way to set/copy the boarder ranges for each sheet so that they will print out their own title and column/row headings??? This worksheet is updated and printed every month... I am currently considering writing a macro for this. Thanks. -- **************************************************************** Gavin Zau Dept of Chemical Engineering, MIT, Cambridge, MA gavin@mtl.mit.edu gavinb@athena.mit.edu

Thanks. When you set the borders, you can use the pg-up and pg-dn keys to set them across several sheets. That should do what you want. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bob Larson Illinois State Water Survey blarson@uiuc.edu 2204 Griffith Drive Voice: (217)333-7955 Champaign, IL 61820 Fax: (217)333-6540
