Hello,

I am in search of a program that can keep track of my customers, but please
read on. I need to keep track of their personal data, and specific fields of
information about each customer. Also I need a picture of them.

I rent products to my customers. I need to be able to pull up their account
and see their status. Most importantly, I need to be able to see an
immediate photo of them as needed.

I know how to acquire the photos via camera and/or scanner. As I say, I need
a program to keep track of a database which is configurable to suit my needs
and has the photo capability.

Can someone reccomend any? Thank you very much.

I'm just beginning with data base, but one example database in MS Access 95
is a personnel db that includes photos of the "personnel".

Do you have Microsoft Access? I'm developing a database for my place of work and
it's holding photos with no problems!!

This is a simple as can be, depending upon just how much data you
are wanting to keep in your base on each client.

Your Windows program has a rolodex cardfile program that keeps not
only a few K of data but can handle photos as well as long as you 
already have the cropped photo file somewhere on the drive with it.

But, I'm curious ... how did you propose to get a photo of your
clients, and how much would they cooperate with such a premise?  I
can't think that I would want my photo and buying/renting habits
kept around on somebody's computer.
