Try:

SimTel/msdos/zmodem/ezrecv10.zip  
Express Zmodem: Background Zmodem receive pgm

There is also a program called Background File Transfer, BGFT, that may be
of interest. I don't know if it does ZModem. You may also find it on SimTel
mirors, whose index file coupled with a good boolean text search utility
makes a truly useful reference.
