I tried to install Netware Lite on a server and serve 15 diskless clients
running Windows 3.0. Tracking the network status the server shows how many
files are open.
So if Windows are running on all clients there are about 235 files (15 per
client open). Attempts to load simple applications from the clients fail
after 5-8 clients.
I suppose this is a limitation for Novell's Netware Lite that is a DOS based
network software.
Any suggestions to run Windows and applications on such a configuration 
(other than install local disks on the clients) are very much welcome.
