Any software >that Ican buy? QAPlus has a memory test routine. However, most computers do a thorough (but it can be bypassed) memory test when they are first turned on (or hard reset). But that does not mean that it will detect memory problems. I have worked with several computers that had flaky memory chips and they would crash at least every hour (or when-ever I used Windoze). The memory test _never_ failed. If you go into the BIOS settings you can change a lot of parameters. For example the amount of time between refresh cycles and the memory timing in general. If these are not setup properly the computer can do some very strange things if it warms up ... What are proper values? Experiment and find out. If you don't want to do that then you need the specs on the memory chips as well as the data from the mfg. of the chip-set. - Eric
