I received nothing with DIR C: /a. I think I'm going to Plan
B, that is reload the DOS files, since many of my lost files are on
backups.

However, I've run into a problem here as well. DOS Setup disk keeps
instructing me to load the disk in (3.5") Drive A, which I cannot do
since the files are on Real Floppies (the 5"x5" variety), which fit my
Drive B. How do I convince Setup to load from Drive B? Thanks for all
your help. - b
