Well, I haven't seen the Microsoft manuals, so I don't know how to compare
the two, but I can give you some idea about what's in the Borland books.
First off, the set consists of three books.  The first two are about 1000
pages of info which refers to all of the stuff that was included in Windows
3.0.  The third book is 730 pages of Windows 3.1 specific stuff.  The
section/chapter headings are as follows:
