Hello,
I am a novice programmer. My question is:
I want to understand how data is sent to printer(instead of screen)
meaning that how the printer connected to IBM PC is used by say
for example a text editor or a word processing program or a graphics
program to print the buffer in a specified (column, row) format. I
can do all these on screen. But I have no idea how to print all these.
If my question is not clear enough please e-mail me.
I would appriciate any sort of response. Thanks.
-Shri
p.s. I use C and assembly to write programs.
