MS C bindings for DESQview

I'd like to find a free or cheap set of MS functions to interface with
the DESQview API. Simtel seems to have several such for Turbo C, but
only one very old and primitive set for MS C. It wouldn't be hard to
port one of the Turbo C libaries (so long as at least one of them
comes with source), but if an MS C implementation already exists I can
certainly put my time to better use than reinventing it.

Anybody know of one?

Thanks,
