If you use Microsoft C, read the references on _harderr(),
_hardresume(), and _hardretn(). You can designate functions to jump to
when a hard error occurs. When doing this, check if you are running
DOS 3 or greater, because if you are, you can fail as well as abort,
retry, or ignore.
If you are not using Microsoft C, look up INT 24 which is the thing
these functions hook into.
