I am using MSC 7.00.  I need to update the screen quickly.  I remember
then general method for doing this, but I can't find the info on how.

I am writeing to display page 0 (the default), then would like to copy
the info from page 0 to page 1, then show the user page 1.  Then while
page 1 is on the screen, I want to update page 0.  When I am done
updating page 0 I want to show the user page 0.

I know this works well, and can be done... I just can't figure out how
to find the address of page X on the video screen, to do the copy.

Thanks in advance for any help, or comments.
