DRDOS has better memory management (you'll still want to use QEMM, though), more commands (more _useful_ commands), and some utilities like SSTOR that are invaluable. > * Is DRDOS fully compatible with MSDOS? 100%? No. 99.98%? Yes. There are 2 or 3 programs out there that don't like DR DOS. They are Wiardry 7, the Unreal Demo, and one other that I can't remember the name of. Windows, DesqView, Xtree, Lotus, WordPerfect, dBase, etc all work fine. > * Are there any advantages/disadvantage with DRDOS compared to MSDOS? DRDOS isn't made by Microshaft. That's really enough in my view. There are many capabilities of DR DOS that MS doesn't have yet, look at just about any ad for DR and it'll give you a verbatim list. > I would appreciate some answers to these question since i'm doubtful > aboute this DRDOS thing. By all means, go out and get DR DOS. A small fraction of users experience some trouble. Talk to _any_ DR DOS user and they'll probably tell you that they'll never go back.
