I'm hoping someone could help me figure this out... I need to set an environment variable from within a windows program so that the new value replaces the original value set before windows was started. Once the new value is placed, it has to remain in effect even after the setting program terminates. I know this must be possible. Novell has a Windows version of Logon and "logon" has to read the logon script "set" commands. How is this done? Even if there are dos xx version specific structures, thats fine with me. Please respond via e-mail. Thanks. -- -- Any disclaimers made for me, by me, or about me - may or may not accurately reflect my failure to be reflecting the opinions of myself or anyone else. ******************************************** * Brian Jay Gould - gould@pilot.njin.net * * 609-799-2706 * ********************************************
