Hello,
I normally do not frequent this news group (so please reply via email, and
I will post the followup) but I have been looking for the specs for the
Microsoft and Mouse Systems serial IO. I am currently trying to write a
graphics editor that can use either the mouse or the cursor keys to draw
lines with the following features:

	Rubber-banding
	Snapping to a grid
	Automatic panning

I have done some testing and found that the handler function needs to control
the system for too long, so I am needing to handle the mouse directly. If
anyone has the specs for the IO stream for either Microsoft and/or Mouse
Systems mice (both or latter preferred), I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, if I am trying to re-invent the wheel and there is source for this
available, please let me know...
