I also have had trouble with this compiler/extender combination. My
trouble has been with the _dos_findfirst and _dos_findnext functions. With
the DOS/4GW extender, they work fine.  With the PharLap extender, they
don't work (they return the correct value for the number of files they
should be finding, but the structure that should contain the file information
(name, size, etc.) is empty/uninitialized.

I am beginning to suspect that these are genuine bugs rather than
something I'm doing wrong, since Watcom has not called me back in over a
week despite the message on their answering machine promising to call me
back within one business day.
