I wish to write a "MacPuke"-type TSR for PC's with Sound Blasters.  
Unfortunately, the program depends on detecting when a disk is removed from
the drive, and so far I have been unable to do this.

Do PC floppy drives generate a hardware interrupt when the disk is removed?
If so, how can I distinguish them from other disk interrupts?
