Hope this is appropriate -- I would appreciate pointers on developing a "standard" contract for for freelance programming and consulting. If anyone has done this, I'd like to see a copy (electronic is fine) of the contract -- alternately, if there is a "fill in the blanks" form that is ftp'able, I'd like that too. Every consultant I've talked to has said that his/her early jobs have sour memories of "but we agreed to this" or "I thought that was included in our deal." I'd like to avoid this in the future (currently in this situation) -- all pointers/suggestions are appreciated. -- Jim Kenyon -- jkenyon@css.itd.umich.edu University of Michigan, Division of Kinesiology, Motor Behavior Lab 401 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109 -- (313) 763-0498
