You are wrong.  I recently bought a copy of the Phar Lap 286 DOS Extender,
and it is DOS, VCPI, DPMI complient.  One big disadvantage of Phar Lap is
that distribution of software which uses the extender is not royalty-free
as the Zortech stuff is.
