Context Help Libraries

I'm currently writing some software packages which require context help,
and rather than reinvent the wheel, does anybody know of any C Libraries
offering hypertext type help? I'm using TopSpeed C (JPI), but will link
with Microsoft, and I think, Turbo-C Libraries.

Cheers,

   Adrian
