Does anyone out there know of any programs that will write protect just a partition of a hard drive? All that I've seen block and call to device 80h, the first physical drive which covers all of the partitions. Thanks. -Dan Dan Newcombe stdn@vm.marist.edu kk4d@maristb.marist.edu dnewcomb@cybernet.cse.fau.edu And others... =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= - Real programmers like vending machine popcorn.
