Hello, I have a question about getting file names through PC-NFS. I am writing some programs that access files on a Unix system from a PC (MSDOS) and need to be able to get the entire unix name of a file and the pseudonym that NFS creates for names longer than 8 characters (eg. file_~ab for file_name). The NFS utility LS.EXE can do it, how? Is it an interrupt call? If so, what are the specifics. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jay MacDonald Geosense Consulting Reno, Nevada jay-m@equinox.unr.edu ****** Please reply by email. If any interest, I'll summarize and post.
