I just *have* to ask this: in a OS/2 window, one of the command-button
options is 'scrolling'. When you selecting the title bar says
'Scrolling: OS/2 Window'. Just *what* does this do? I have no
idea what it does, it seems to do nothing!
Anybody, anywhere, know?
