Turbo profiler and macros

I use a lot of macros and inline assembly in my C programs.
When I use Turbo profiler (tprof), I get lots of segment:offset
type results instead of the more symbolic info (like line numbers
and routine names). Any suggestion on this (but not advice on how
not to use macros) would be greatly appreciated. Will I have the
same problem with Microsoft C?

Thanks.
