Hi!

I don't know if this is the right group to send this letter, but 
I hope you can give me some help anyway.

I'm going to make a program in The Microsoft Windows enviroment. It's a 
tool that operates the synthesizer in a sound card (e.g. Pro Audio
Spectrum 16). It will make the card play sounds like an explosion, type-
writer click etc.

Does it exists programs like this? I'm also interested in books, magazines,
etc. that have conections to this program I'm going to make.

I hope somebody will answer me.
