Hi, I am hoping you can give me an idea about the following "puzzle": I am working on a DOS program by using ver 6.0 Microsoft C compiler and version 5.10 Segmented-Excutable Linker. The Linker produced a map file indicating a 34k for a BSS item called c_common. I like to know what this BSS item is for, and how I can reduce it. Due to this large item, there is no much space left in the 64K default data segment. Thank you very much. Bensen Chiou.
