	Are there any PD libraries or source codes for treating PC
serial ports like UNIX ports ie.like files. Preferably with functions to
do things like report back the number of bytes available to read etc.
	Thanks for any quick responses as I need these functions in a
hurry otherwise I would write them myself. Cheers.

ps. the ftp site address of where to get them would be helpful as well i
suppose!!
