What are the best newsgroups to find new ideas for programming projects?
I've read alot about C, and i've tried a few self-formulated example
utilities. I need something more to work on, but can't think of anything
to program. Are there any newsgroups for programmers and users, where
people can request programs, and someone can tackle it if they like?

thank you.
