It's not something I've looked at, but try:

ftp ftp.coast.net /SimTel/msdos/sysutil/
fastl150.zip  42229  931031  Loads pgms into EMS/XMS for later fast execute

ftp ftp.coast.net /SimTel/msdos/asmutil/
loadems.zip    3222  900308  ASM example of load & execute from EMS memory
