     I need to do something like a keyboard macro which includes a delay
for a fixed period of time, e.g. <10000 second delay> <ESC key>.  My question
is, can I do with an existing utility or do I need to write a TSR myself?

     I have Superkey and apparently it comes close.  However, rather than
delaying for X seconds it will delay for X keyboard input checks, which is
not what I need.

     If I do need to write a TSR myself, can someone point me to a skeleton
TSR program for Turbo Pascal 6?
