Q: info on Dr. Halo output formats (.pic/.cut)

Hi folks, I've got a newbie stupid question for you, and I can't
seem to find the answer in any FAQ or the SIMTEL mirrors....

I need some (Turbo) Pascal code that will read in (and display, eventually)
output from the Dr. Halo drawing program.  I gather that this data has
(at least) two possible formats, called CUT and PIC.  So I'm looking
for either full documentation on those formats or, preferably, some
source code that does the parsing job.
