Please help me!!!
I am needing to connect several PC's with msdos and a PC with win95 or
winNT4 in ethernet local area network. All systems must perform both as
Servers for files and printers and also as Clients. It is also required that
network may have Netbios support (Lantastic or Invisible Lan software does
not do for me).
I have thought on trying with netbeui under win95 and samba (smb) for msdos.
Does such exist? Does any one knows about porting of samba to msdos? If
possitive, is it TCP imperative for msdos?
----------
Necesito ayuda !!!

imprsoras tambien)

Saludos, si necesitas + informacion, pedila!.

If you have a NT cd look for dos client. You can also try
ms client from wfwg. Both will make a dos pc network ready.
Netbeui is the default protocol but you can remove it and add tcpip.
I know you can map network drives from the dos pc to either
NT or Win95. I haven't tried connecting to a samba server. I would
think it should work by using "net use" commands. The only samba
servers I'm familar with are on unix servers. If yours is the same you
may want to use just tcpip and forget netbeui.
