Possible, but difficult (IP-only setups have to be created at server
install time, and it make server setup significantly more difficult than
normal).

Very possible.  Install & configure Netware/IP (incl. in INW 4.11) on the
server.

Install a reasonably up-to-date client (latest VLMs, or any Novell
Client32 variant (DOS/Win95/NT/MacOS).  Add (if needed) & configure
Netware/IP options on the client.
