I ended up moving to the MS > Client for netware with Directory Services to get around the problem. I do know Win 95 seems to act differently at different times but we are using Win95 + Novell 32 Bit CLient and logging in to Shiva Remote units with both version 3.5 and version 4.0 of Shiva's software. I can use Intell Netport manager software, NWADMIN95, NDSMGR, Pconsole, Rconsole etc. All with no problems whatsoever. I think Shiva and MS are playing point the finger (especially as Shiva supports MSs PPP for Win95/Win NT as it's standard access method). -- regs russell +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | EMail: rcook@osr.nsw.gov.au or ruscook@zeta.org.au | | WWW: http://www.zeta.org.au/~ruscook | | FidoNet: 3:713/801.0 WestCom BBS 47 21 29 25 | | FAX: W(+61) 2 9689 6211 or H(+61) 47 21 29 25 | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+
