You also need to install Microsoft's "Service for Netware Directory
Services", available on MS Web site and installed via control
panel/network/add service.

I asked a Shiva Rep why my client32 laptops couldn't connect in NDS mode to
my servers and they said that is was a problem with Microsoft's dialup
networking.  He claimed that it was 16-bit and that because Client32 was
32-bit I wouldn't be able to get it to work.  I ended up moving to the MS
Client for netware with Directory Services  to get around the problem.
