 I am going to assume you are trying to run a diskless station on W95.   If
I am wrong, I guess you can ignore this.
    Anyway, on Novell's Support Connection there are some very interesting
articles on remote booting workstations.  I had occasion to visit there
while trying to set up a NW4.11 server with 43 diskless stations.   It seems
that basically you need to put the files that will be accessed by the WS in
the Login directory.  This includes autoexec.bat and config.sys and any
files that are called by these utilities.   I only set up DOS WS's, so just
how important this is when loading W95 I can't say.  Anyway, after the
netx.exe or vlm.exe is executed the remote station has to access all it's
files in SYS:Login.
    It also makes a difference which kind of boot rom you have--"remote
boot" or "rpl" which stands for "remote program load."  They are two
different animals.
    I can see where trying to load and run W95 or NT would be a real
challenge, and really I can't see any advantage to doing it remotely.  To
me, it would be more trouble than it's worth.
    I suggest you get to the Support Connection and search "Remote boot" and
you will find a lot of good information.
