Maybe just a trick of the trade ....

someone must have changed the SEARCH MODE of CAPTURE (and NPRINT
etc...)
so that if Printcon.dat was not found on the personnal mail directory
(in SYS:\MAIL\xxxx (xxxx been the object id of the user)
it take a default one in public... (something like SEARCH MODE 3 ) so
check in sys:\public if there is a printcon.dat (i`m not sure now, i`m
on NW 4.1 since about two years .. ) this will be the default one ...
if you want to modify it, copy it into SYS:\MAIL\1 (the supervisor
dir) (or find your ID then copy it to SYS:\MAIL\[yourID])

then you can modify it with novell tools....

or you can simply modify the supervisor printcon.dat then copy it to 
SYS:\PUBLIC from SYS:\MAIL\1\Printcon.dat   (overwriting the curent
default config...) 

psst: if you do that, i'ts better to remove the banner name since it
will be the same for everyone who use the default config !
