We were in the same position.  We were running Netware Connect v1.0 for
dial-in and dial-out service.  It is working fine for dial-out.  For
dial-in we were running pc Anywhere for remote control.  This solution
did not work.  Machines would look or they could not establish a
connection.  In December I purchase a Shiva Landrover. This has work
great.  It requires you to load the software you need to run on the
remote node but access is easy and dependable.  We are able to dial-in
connect to LAN/WAN and AS/400.  I would strongly recommend the Landrover
for dial-in access.  They have a site a HTTP://WWW.SHIVA.COM
