Novell Managewise will do remote control of workstations plus a whole lot more for the 
management of your servers and network.  Intel LanDesk is another product that should do 
the job for you.  Both of these packages are fairly extensive however if you are going 
to be proactive enough to do remote takeover, you will probably make full use of the 
other features of these two packages:  server/network monitoring, software metering, 
software distribution, virus checking, reporting.
