Our offer is still good for free e-mail based technical support.
We are enjoying helping the many hundreds that have responded to
this offer and are looking forward to as many head scratchers as you
can send us.

We did receive one negative e-mail about "spamming". We don't want to
offend or advertise for free in exchange for monetary return. We
are new and want to get some exposure. If we start charging fees for
e-mail support, we won't be advertising this via usenet.

If our posting offends you and you deem it "spamming" please send us
a note and we will kill the posting in the newsgroup or groups
you specify.

If you have a question or a problem, please come visit us and ask
away. We try to answer in a timely fashion, but in order to be
accurate, we look up all of our answers to ensure their correctness.
