Invalid Page Fault: getting desperate

Hi there!

We've got a little problem:
In order to solve some other problems, we had to install Novell client32
3.01. This went ok, the problems were solved, but another problem showed up:
when we would close one of our self-written programs, it would come up with
the following error:
program.exe caused an invalid page fault in module NMSCKN.DLL at address
0137:00aa28ea.
This is a new message we've never seen before, and it shows up only at the
stations we've installed the new client on.
Why do we get this message and how can we avoid it?
The application was developed with Delphi3Pro, the Novell client is the
32bit-client v3.01, and the nmsckn.dll is version 6.02.1194, 48128 bytes,
29-1-1997.
PLEASE HELP..... :-(

With the new Novell Client 32 (ver 3.01), it installs an updated version of IP
software and utilites. My Win95 machine was very flakey after installing it. I
uninstalled the client and still had a lot of problems. After digging a little
further, there is a batch file that will back off the IP updates from your PC.
Once I did this, my PC was back to normal "behavior".

I'm not sure what your app is or what OS you have, but you might want to check
into that. My TCP/IP applications did not behave well with the newer IP
software. The client doesn't seem to affect Win98, and that might be because
the IP software in 98 is already newer than the client software.
