Does anybody know how to perform a low-levelformat on a Compaq Prosignia 300
using the built-in scsi-controller?

Reason: I have a 2GB micropolis 4221-drive that reports itself in the 
Prosignia as 1.27GB . It used to be connected to a adaptec 2940 controller and 
worked fine. According to the micropolis reseller i have to do a low-level 
format to be able to use the drive in the Prosignia.
