Hi, This one's got me stumped:

I'm installing a 4.1 server into a network with 2 existing 4.11 servers
and one tree. During the step "intall into existing tree" the new server
hangs on the "this may take a couple of minutes" screen.  Meanwhile the
server with the master replica spits out (every second) the message:
"unable to comunicate with <server_name> due to synchronization
restrictions" The new server will hang at that screen indefinitely (I
went to McDonalds and came back it was still hanging).  A server
addition is supposed to be really simple, this is making me look really
incompetent to my management.
Any and all help is greatly apreciated.
