in there is an utility called n4dspace.exe.  It is fully NDS enabled.
It is a command line utility so you could via batch file, set / view
restrictions for lots of folks.

I believe that JR Beard has an utility that can do this too:

but, haven't received any replies from him so, I have either a bad
