Hi. I am trying to gather salary info from CNAs and other MIS
professionals in order to build a case against the very poor salary
increase as a result of my recent promotion to "Network Systems
Technician".

What I need is Job Title, Salary info, basic job description, and where
you live.

FYI- I provide network support to approx. 200 users on a Novell 4.1
network, with some workstations running NT 4.0. I do troubleshooting,
network administration, some phone support, and server maintainance
(backups, license upgrades, etc). I have been in the MIS field for 2
years, and prior to that spent over 4 years as a technician doing
troubleshooting, upgrades, and phone support. (I am a CNA in NW4.1)

I am interested in all MIS related salarys. But most especially if your
duties are close to what I have written above.
