I run LWP 4.2 along with numerous Winsock apps.  If you install LWP
and use their TCP/IP stack this works fine.  You must use their
TCPIP.EXE dated 11/10/94 (or newer) for Netscape to run.  Otherwise
launching Netscape exects you to the DOS prompt.  The only other thing
you need to get is the winsock.dll.  Hope this helps you
