We were having similar problems here, except we were getting "QMS 1060E
Printer" where you're getting "Synoptics 331XA Agent".  It turns out that
we had a bunch of these QMS 1060E printers on the network, and each of them
was broadcasting its network address (network+ethernet addr) and its name.
All of the printers were set up to use the same name, so when the server
saw the broadcast it thought that a printer had changed network addresses,
and popped up the warning.  We went through and gave all the printers
unique names, and the messages went away.  Maybe you need to do the same
thing.
