Novell itself (at least my 3.12 set up) provides a mechanism for setting up print queues for printers that are either connected dire=
ctly to the server or are networkable - it works particularly well for appletalk printers provided you have appletalk print services=
 loaded. You can have a different charge per page etc. on different print queues. In theory ATOTAL will total everything up for you,=
 but I cant get it to work, and it is generally rumoured to be flaky. What does seem to work is a utility (shareware I think) called=
 PAUDIT2, which processes the net$acct file and optionally creates a database table, which you can use to sort out the charging info=

PAUDIT2 is part of the Schreiber bundle of shareware utilities
