They are strong in that area for sure but one major reason that they
have a strong base is that accountants get the package at a price that
beats many resellers. Then they sell it at a great price to their
clients. They can use it as a tool for their businesses. Accountants use
it as a result but they don't (in general) support the package and
troubleshoot problems with it. They use people like you to do that.
(Used to be people like me when I was in my own business)
