Hello, Stephen!

Dont let Arcsolo and the client lead you off the track!

I have experienced an identical situation at one of my
customers. He had a Conner dat with Arcsolo 2.11
reporting a lot of files on tape that did not exist on disk
(6 pages with "files not on disk" -> customer panic).
The error trapping in Arcsolo /Arcserve is horrible, to be
modest; in this case the Dat was full of shit, and a cleaning
tape solved the problem!
